Meet Our Staff
The Waconia High School Girls staff shares a vision for the program and its mission. "To build a trusting environment in which athletes can gain and share their knowledge and develop creative ways to solve new challenges with a foundation of commitment and resiliency. Built upon integrity and trustworthiness, athletes can then develop a legacy of community and team work that transcends results and motivates others (present and future) to be part of the program."

Coach Woyno has been involved in Minnesota State High School Soccer League since 1998, and has been with the Waconia High School Soccer program since 2012. Coach Woyno has enters his 7th season as head coach of a talented and hard working Wildcat program with a record of 99-18-20. Coach Woyno holds the following soccer certifications: USSF "B" License United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma USYS National Youth License United Soccer Coaches Advanced National GK License
Coach Woyno is a member of the Associations North Diversity and Inclusion Program, as well as the Director of Coaching for the Waconia Soccer Club. He continues to work with outreach programming for under-served under-privileged youth.
Coach Woyno receives great support from his wife Angie, his kids James and Helena and their trusted australian shepherds Stella and Apollo.

Coach Wade's resume demonstrates his love for the game of soccer and his desire to empower players to reach their maximum potential. Having played soccer until age 16, Coach Loutzenhiser found his calling in coaching and he mastered is craft first working with the community ed recreational program (K-10U) and then working with youth soccer ages 10U to 17U. This fall marks the 15th year that coach Loutzenhiser has been involved with the Wildcat High School program. |

| Mike Mulrooney (2018 - present)Varsity Assistant Coach | | Coach Mike has been involved with soccer since the age of 13. Played high school for St. Thomas Academy, college soccer for the University of St. Thomas. He began coaching in the early 90's assisting at the high school level and transitioned into the Eagan Wave Soccer Club. He coached multiple levels of girls in the program from 12U to 16U. He was club president for 6 years. 2023 marks his 5th season as the assistant coach for the Wildcats. |

Coach Cary joined the WHS Coaching Staff in 2022 to provide valuable training for the goalkeepres in the program. Having played the position herself, along with coaching goalkeepers for multiple years, Coach Cary brings valuable expertise to the WHS girls soccer program. |
